Registered in Pembrokeshire, this rare 1930 Model JL appears substantially complete, although in need of major restoration having been barn-stored for a very long period. It entered the present ownership in 2016, but restoration was never started. Wonderfully evocative in its current state, the Royal Enfield could be an ideal candidate for the ‘oily rag’ approach to restoration with a view to preserving as much patina as possible it appears to have some work done already, carburetor has been restored, magneto appears restored and new tires and tubes fitted. It is supplied with the current V5C.
