1921 AJS Model B, a lovely early vintage machine that runs and rides well.
This bike has formed part of a private collection and was restored prior to 2000 by Robin James. Following its restoration, it was taken to the International Jampot Rally in New Zealand in 2000 and featured on the front cover of the VMCC magazine that same year.
It was also featured in “AJS of Wolverhampton” by S.J. Mills, adding to its interesting history and provenance.
Purchased by the current owner in 2004, it has since been enjoyed on numerous VMCC and Sunbeam MCC events, including the West Kent Runs.
The bike is fitted with an exceptional and very rare acetylene lighting kit, a significant period accessory that adds greatly to its originality and appeal.
A great opportunity to own a well-known and well-travelled early AJS Model B with a documented history, event pedigree, and plenty of vintage character.
