A rare 1949 Vincent Comet, being one of the last machines to carry the HRD badge.

This bike was bought by the current vendor, its second owner, in 1977 and was used regularly until 1983. It has since spent many years in storage, although it has been occasionally started and looked after during that time.

fitted with electronic ignition and an Alton alternator, making it a more practical and reliable machine to use while keeping its original character.

The bike has been authenticated by the Vincent Owners’ Club as a matching-numbers example and comes supplied with its current V5C.
